What people ask before they book.
What's the difference between a company profile and an anthem video?
A company profile explains what the business does — informational, often 60-90 seconds, sits with sales material. An anthem video makes you feel something about the business — emotional, similar length, usually on a homepage hero. Same shoot, different edits.
How long should my brand video be?
For homepage hero or social: 30-60 seconds. For sales conversations or sales pages: 60-90 seconds. For brand films and customer stories: 2-3 minutes. We usually deliver multiple cuts from the same shoot so you have the right length for each context.
Can we shoot photo and video on the same day?
Yes — bundled photo+video days are the most common scope and carry a discount versus splitting them across two shoots. The shot list is planned in advance so neither format gets shortchanged.
Do you produce animated explainers?
Yes — tell us what you have in mind and we'll scope it together.
How quickly do we get the deliverables?
Standard brand content: within one business week of the shoot. Multi-format campaigns and longer-form pieces are scoped in the quote.
Who owns the final files?
You do. Spoonbill retains the right to use deliverables in our portfolio and case studies unless you opt out, but ownership and full usage rights transfer to your team on delivery.
What does brand video production typically cost?
Spoonbill brand content starts at $1,000 for a half-day in a single medium (photo or video) and $1,500 for a half-day covering both; full-day shoots run $1,800 single-medium or $2,800 with photo + video bundled. Most South Florida small-business brand video projects we scope land between $1,000 and $5,000 — substantially below the $5K–$20K range typical of agency-led production.
