Drone aerials are subject to FAA regulations — airspace authorization varies by location, and temporary flight restrictions (TFRs) or weather may limit or prevent aerial coverage on a given day.

A 50% deposit confirms and locks the date. Remaining 50% due the day before the shoot.

    Send the address, square footage, and your target list date. We confirm timing and tier; nothing else needed before the shoot.

  2. Shoot day

    Photos, drone aerials, and (on the video package) walkthrough video captured on the same visit. Typically 1–2 hours on site for a standard residential listing.

  3. Edit & deliver

    Color-graded stills, edited walkthrough video with horizontal + vertical cuts, drone aerials integrated. Delivered to your inbox or upload portal.

  4. Rush option

How much does real estate photography cost?

Spoonbill listings start at $400 for photos with drone aerials included, on residential listings up to 3,000 sqft. Photos + walkthrough video + drone starts at $600. Larger or specialty properties — over 3,000 sqft, twilight, cinematic video, commercial — are quoted. Industry pricing for comparable packages typically runs $300–$1,000.

How quickly do we get the photos?

Quick turnaround sized to the listing's timeline. Most photo-only listings deliver within 24–48 hours; packages with video edits take a few business days. Same-day rush is available for tight close dates.

Are you FAA Part 107 certified for drone work?

Yes — Marcos is FAA Part 107 certified (Remote Pilot Certificate) for legal commercial drone operations, which is why drone aerials are included in every package rather than sold as an add-on — we can legally fly where many competitors can't. Aerials are subject to FAA airspace authorization, temporary flight restrictions, and weather on the day.

How many photos will I get?

Five photos per room plus five exterior shots on standard residential listings. Drone packages add 8–15 aerial stills depending on the property. Larger or specialty listings are scoped on the quote.

Can you shoot at twilight?

Yes — twilight shoots are a specialty add-on, scheduled around the property's best-light window. Especially effective for waterfront, pool, and golf-course-view properties.

Do you work outside of Palm Beach County?

Yes — we cover Palm Beach County and all of South Florida, and travel further for the right listing. Listings near Jupiter run at the standard package price; further out we add a simple travel quote.
